I am bringing this new blog online in an attempt to simplify everyday tasks that developers and designers need to complete as part of their projects. From Technology in general to resources you may need as a developer or business owner. It is my hope that this blog will fill some gaps out there and hopefully create none! There are several areas relating to Technology, accessibility and usability that this blog will be focusing on:
- WSS V3
- MOSS 2007
- The WCM Scenario of MOSS
- Using Workflows with Products Like HERA to Trap Accessibility Errors in (French, Spanish, Italian, and English)
- Creating Compliant code even when you are not the creator of the code
- Fixing Accessibility errors in existing Web Parts
- Deployment of solutions
- Replacing the Default Editor with the Accessible CKEDITOR (Currently in Beta) for use across all browsers.
It is hoped that some of this documentation that I will be developing will demystify some of these tasks. Most of the examples will be run using the Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 VHD so Download it if you do not have it!
