Are Ethics Important In Technology Companies?

Hello All:

Wanted to take a quick comment to put out a technology company question. Do ethics matter:

1. Does being truthful with your employees matter?
2. Does being truthful with your partners matter?
3. Is it OK to break contracts with your partners?
4. Is it OK to ship software that you know is not tested and has major Flaws?

I would say

1. Yes
2. Yes
3. NO
4. NO
